Can we bring our dog?
Yes! Both homes have fully fenced yards and welcome well-behaved pets. The pet fee is $60 per stay, whether you bring one pet or two. Just tell us how many and what kind when you send your request.
Is the calendar up to date?
Yes. It syncs with our Airbnb calendars several times an hour, and nightly prices come straight from our pricing tool. We'll still confirm everything personally before you pay.
What's included in the price?
The total shows the nightly rate, a $99 cleaning fee, the pet fee if you're bringing one, and 12% lodging taxes. Stays of a week or longer get a discount automatically. No booking-site service fees.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We'll send arrival instructions and your door code before your trip. Need a little flexibility? Just ask.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Partial refund if you cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.
Does sending a request reserve my dates?
Not yet. Your dates are locked in once we confirm and you complete payment. We usually reply the same day.
